-   1 - 2 scoops Chocolate Milky Whey

-   300 ml water or milk (use milk for thicker shake)

 -   1-2 scoops of vanilla Milky Whey
-   1 "cored" bosch pear
-   1tsp of vanilla extract
-   a pinch of cinnamon
-   1 tsp of flax oil
 Blend with water/ ice for desired consistency.

 

Gut-Friendly Goodness!

This is a healthier version of a classic shake but with the almond butter instead of the peanut butter you are getting more omega 3 fats and with the kefir you are getting not only an extra dose of calcium, but 5 billion active cultures!

 

-   1 scoop of your chocolate Milky Whey

-   1 tbsp of almond  butter

-   1 tbsp of kefir

-   ½ banana

Blend with ½ cup of ice and ¼ water.

 

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
-   1/2 cup fresh pumpkin
-   3/4 cup kefir, almond milk or water
-   1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-   1 tbsp of flax oil
-   1/8 tsp. nutmeg
-   1-2 scoops of vanilla Milky Whey
-   4 ice cubes
Blend to desired consistency.

2 scoops of your favourite Milky Whey flavour
1 tsp of glutamine
1 tbsp of BCAA granules
1 scoop of a greens product

40-100g of waxy maize
